Dealing with Food Addictions –Sedona Intensive
March 21 - April 3, 2009

Led by renowned author and Sedona Intensive founder Albert Clayton Gaulden, this two-week program will help you take charge of your feelings and your food.  It may be just what you need to break through obstacles that in the past have kept you from losing weight and keeping it off.

It is seemingly innocent urges or compulsions, patterns often learned early in life, that become the giant block to happiness and success.  They keep you gridlocked, unable to reach your goals

The Sedona Intensive program helps you identify these emotional barriers. The program’s motivational coaching will also guide you through a process that enables you to break the grasp of addictions, compulsive behavior, and turbulent thoughts. Finally, you will return home with a set of tools for personal growth.

This very special session will start with an orientation meeting, “Food As Addiction,” on Sunday of the first week. During daily workshops, lectures, and discussions with Albert Gaulden, the guests will learn to overcome their obstacles to achieving a healthy lifestyle. All guests in this program will work together, help each other, and even sit together during meals in order to support each other in conquering food addictions. Each guest will have a private session with Albert Gaulden.
