Most of us go on vacation, have a good time, overindulge a little, probably put on a few pounds, and when we return home, it's back to the old routine.

Exercise Program at the Pritikin Center

Every day at Pritikin, you're immersed in exercise classes based on your personal fitness prescription, stress management workshops, one-on-one counseling with physicians, and education classes lead by nationally acclaimed nutritionists, scientists, and lifestyle counselors.

The classes, notes frequent guest Jeff Garlin, co-star/co-producer of HBO's Emmy award-winning comedy Curb Your Enthusiasm, "come right out and punch you in the face!" I thought I knew everything about food and fat, but, boy oh boy, was I wrong. The information was completely enlightening. "This is tremendous, "I kept telling myself." This is the way to go."

As you can see from the bountiful menu below, guests at the Pritikin Longevity Center are encouraged TO EAT. Hunger is NEVER an issue. In fact, many of our guests say they're eating more than they ever have, and they're losing weight.

Healthy living can be very pleasurable and very filling, Pritikin guests quickly learn. That's why they stay on track when they return home.
