Balsamic Spice Marinated Tofu

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box tofu sliced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon oregano , dry
  • 1/2 tablespoon basil (dry)

Instructions
 

  • Marinate tofu in all ingredients
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, overnight is better
  • Remove from liquid and rest on a plate to remove excess marinade
  • Preheat skillet for several minutes, spray with Pam
  • Sear tofu until brown; flip and repeat on each side
