garlic powder

onion powder

balsamic vinegar

tablespoon
oregano , dry

tablespoon
basil (dry)
Instructions
Marinate tofu in all ingredients
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, overnight is better
Remove from liquid and rest on a plate to remove excess marinade
Preheat skillet for several minutes, spray with Pam
Sear tofu until brown; flip and repeat on each side
