Pritikin BBQ Sauce

cup
onions
peeled & diced
1/2
garlic
chopped
1
large
carrot
peeled & diced
2
cups
cabbage
shredded
1 1/2
cup
red grapes
Instructions
Soak So-Soya in hot water for five minutes and drain
Saute all vegetables & So-Soya
When vegetables begin to soften add BBQ sauce. Bring to boil
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes
Serve hot
