garlic

potatoes
peeled and chopped

vegetable stock

tablespoon
Pritikin® All-Purpose Seasoning*

teaspoon
soy sauce, low sodium
1/4
cup
white vinegar
1
cup
soy milk powder or skim milk
1/4
cup
basil
chopped
3
tablespoons
fresh dill
chopped
Instructions
In a large stock pot sauté broccoli, onion, garlic and potatoes for 4 minutes
Add vegetable stock and Pritikin seasoning and cook for about 30 minutes over medium flame
Add all other ingredients and blend
Simmer 15 minutes longer then serve.
