vegetable stock (low-sodium)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400º
Cut onions, Calabaza in half, roast until fork tender and puree, adding the rest of the ingredients.
Adjust seasoning to taste, If needed.
Puree the soup thoroughly and add parsley.
