PLUM SAUCE

remove the pits

soy sauce, low sodium

Instructions
In Cuisenart puree lemongrass white (pounded), garlic, ginger, & soy sauce, water, soy sauce, & water.
In hot Skillet saute all vegetables very quickly add lemongrass mixture.
Finish with cilantro, sesame seed, plum sauce, and blanched soba noodles.
Serve immediately.
PLUM SAUCE
Boil for 20 minutes and puree
