paprika

garlic
chopped

onions (vidalia)
diced

teaspoon
ginger
minced

teaspoon
chili powder

ounces
knudsen very veggie juice

cup
vegetable stock

pounds
potato
peeled & diced

each
carrot
peeled & diced
2
tablespoons
fresh thyme
picked & chopped
1
cup
green pepper
diced
1
each
red peppers
diced
1
each
yellow pepper
diced
1
tablespoon
corn starch
Instructions
In a hot stock pot brown seitan, carrot, onion, garlic & peppers.
When browned add remaining ingredients and cook for 45 minutes over low heat.
Serve hot
