balsamic vinegar

soy sauce (lite)

black pepper

basil (fresh)

spinach fresh
picked & sliced
Instructions
Cook the onion, garlic and red pepper in white wine for about 10 minutes.
Add the tomato and white beans.
Mix well and cook for another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add spinach.
Serve hot
