Instructions
Saute onion , red pepper, garlic and parsley in vegetable broth for 5 minutes.
Add tomato juice, vegetable broth, apple juice concentrate and soy sauce.
Bring to a boil.
Add okra and lemon juice and allow to simmer at low temperature for 40 minutes.
