cayenne pepper

corn starch

lemon
zest

orange
zest

teaspoon
ginger
minced

garlic
sliced cloved

apple juice
or cider

water
(optional)
Instructions
Mix dry spices together and coat chicken.
In a hot skillet sear chicken breast on one side until golden.
Flip chicken over add remaining ingredients and cover.
Lower heat and cook over low heat for 4 minutes.
Serve hot with brown rice.
