cut into half inch strips/fries

granulated onion

paprika

granulated garlic

lemon pepper
salt free

egg beaters

oat flour

cup
potato flakes

grated parmesan
Instructions
Steam artichoke bottoms for 3 minutes
Allow to cool
Season artichokes with spices
Dredge artichokes in flour, then egg, then potato flakes/parmesan
Place onto sheet tray that has been sprayed with cooking spray
Lightly mist the breaded artichokes and bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
Notes
Serve with Buffalo, BBQ, Marinara sauce or any of your favorite sauces.
