Parmesan Breaded Asparagus Spears

asparagus
(bottom ends cut off)

teaspoons
granulated onion
1
teaspoon
paprika
1
teaspoon
granulated garlic
1
teaspoon
lemon pepper
(salt free)

cup
egg beaters
1
cup
oat flour
2
cups
potato flakes
1/4
cup
grated parmesan
Instructions
Steam asparagus for 2 minutes.
Allow to cool
Season asparagus with spices
Dredge asparagus in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs/parmesan
Place onto sheet tray that has been sprayed with cooking spray
Lightly mist the breaded asparagus and bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown

Serve with Marinara sauce or any of your favorite sauces.
