Parmesan Breaded Asparagus Spears

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch asparagus (bottom ends cut off)
  • 2 teaspoons granulated onion
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper (salt free)
  • 1 cup egg beaters
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 cups potato flakes
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Steam asparagus for 2 minutes.
  • Allow to cool
  • Season asparagus with spices
  • Dredge asparagus in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs/parmesan
  • Place onto sheet tray that has been sprayed with cooking spray
  • Lightly mist the breaded asparagus and bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown

Serve with Marinara sauce or any of your favorite sauces.
