canola oil
(or apple sauce)

water
warm

cocoa powder (unsweeted)

Splenda
2
teaspoons
vanilla extract
1/4
cup
egg whites
1/2
cup
flour (whole wheat)
1/4
cup
nuts
chopped, or raisons
Instructions
Pre-heat oven at 350 F
Lightly grease an 8 inch square pan or line with greased paper
In a medium bowl combine oil, water and cocoa powder and stir until cocoa powder is dissolved
Add Splenda and mix well
Add egg whites and stir until well combined
Stir in vanilla. Add flour. Mix until all the flour is mixed in (do not over mix)
Fold in nuts
Spread in pan and bake for 25 minutes
Cool completely before cutting into squares
