Instructions
Soak beans overnight. Cook vegetables in a large stockpot until soft. Add beans, water, oregano, chili powder, liquid smoke, garlic powder, salsa, vinegar, and juice. Cook for 2 ½ hours. When ready to serve add cilantro.
