34-ounce cutsBison Filet Mignon
1tablespoonPritikin® All-Purpose Seasoning*
1yellow oniondiced
2teaspoonsgarlic (fresh)minced
2tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
2bunchesasparagussliced into 1- to 2-inch pieces
Instructions
Season bison and sear in hot pan.
In another pan, cook onions until translucent, then add garlic.
Once garlic is brown, deglaze with vinegar.
Add asparagus and cover.
