Maple Cream

oz
cream cheese
reduced fat

sour cream
fat free

maple syrup

Instructions
Bread Pudding
Soak bread in milk, egg, Splenda and spices
Use your hands to mash up the bread
Spray small cupcake mold with Pam
Scoop bread mixture into the molds
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes in a warm bath
Maple Cream
Blend everything in food processor until smooth
