Saffron/Chive Sauce for Pasta

Materials
- 2 cups table wine
- 1/2 cup shallots minced
- 1/2 cup garlic chopped
- 1/2 bunch fresh thyme picked & chopped
- 1/2 bunch fresh basil picked & chopped
- 1 tablespoon saffron
- 12 pound yogurt fat free
- 1 bunch chives sliced thin
Instructions
- Reduce wine, shallots, garlic, thyme, basil & saffron by half.
- Remove from heat and add yogurt and chives and mix thoroughly.
- Mix with vegetables & pasta.
- Serve immediately
