Roasted Red Pepper Jam
Ingredients
- 4 pc Red Pepper Roasted, seeds removed & peeled
- 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 TB Apple juice concentrate
Instructions
- Roast fresh peppers under the broiler until skin blisters and burns
- Pull from oven and allow to cool
- Remove burnt skin and seeds
- In a small pot, combine peeled peppers with vinegar and apple juice; bring to a boil for 5 minutes
- Set aside and cool down
- Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth
