Materials
- 16 oz chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
- 2 limes juiced
- 1/2 chipotle pepper
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion
- 1 tomatillo
Instructions
- Puree all ingredients, except chicken, well in a blender.
- Marinate chicken for 3 hours.
- Grill or sear in a Vital Nutrition pan. Cover until cooked.
