An easy Marinated Grilled Chicken recipe.

Materials
- 8 4-oz chicken breasts (boneless) cut into 4 oz portions
- 1 large pineapple (ripe)
- 1 oz fresh thyme picked & chopped
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
- 1 cup fresh garlic chopped
- 1 cup Vidalia onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons juniper berries ground
- 4 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons black peppercorns ground
Instructions
- Puree all ingredients in Cuisenart, except chicken.
- Let marinate for one hour maximum.
- Grill until cooked.
- Let sit for 2 minutes and serve.
