Orange Ginger Chicken

Materials
- 4 4oz. each chicken breasts
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoon corn starch
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 orange zest
- 2 teaspoon ginger minced
- 2 small garlic sliced cloved
- 1/4 cup apple juice or cider
- 1/2 cup water (optional)
Instructions
- Mix dry spices together and coat chicken.
- In a hot skillet sear chicken breast on one side until golden.
- Flip chicken over add remaining ingredients and cover.
- Lower heat and cook over low heat for 4 minutes.
- Serve hot with brown rice.
