Materials
SALAD
- 1 mango diced
- 2 cup chick peas
- 2 tomatoes diced
- 2 tablespoons chives minced
- 2 cups brown rice, short grain cooked
DRESSING
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon ginger minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Blend dressing in a food processor until well combined.
- Lightly toss all ingredients.
