Three-Bean Salad

Materials

  • 1 pint kidney beans cooked without salt
  • 1 pint snap peas steamed and put in ice water to cool
  • 1 pint green beans steamed put in ice water to cool
  • 1 carrot julienne (cut into thin strips)
  • 1 cup red onions julienne
  • 1/2 lb cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce, low sodium

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients and let sit for at least 20 minutes. Serve cold.
