Three-Bean Salad
Yield: 6 people
Materials
- 1 pint kidney beans cooked without salt
- 1 pint snap peas steamed and put in ice water to cool
- 1 pint green beans steamed put in ice water to cool
- 1 carrot julienne (cut into thin strips)
- 1 cup red onions julienne
- 1/2 lb cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce, low sodium
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and let sit for at least 20 minutes. Serve cold.
