Balsamic Spice Marinated Tofu
Materials
- 1 box tofu sliced
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon oregano , dry
- 1/2 tablespoon basil (dry)
Instructions
- Marinate tofu in all ingredients
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, overnight is better
- Remove from liquid and rest on a plate to remove excess marinade
- Preheat skillet for several minutes, spray with Pam
- Sear tofu until brown; flip and repeat on each side
