- 32 oz Sashami
- 4 tablespoon black peppercrons ground coarse
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 2 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablepoons oragano (dry)
Instructions
- Combine Spices.
- Coat tuna and in a very, very hot pan sear tuna on all sides.
