Materials
Bread Pudding
- 4 cups whole-wheat bread (low-sodium) cut into cubes
- 1 1/2 cup Splenda
- 2 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1 cup egg beaters
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Maple Cream
- 8 oz cream cheese reduced fat
- 2 cups sour cream fat free
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Bread Pudding
- Soak bread in milk, egg, Splenda and spices
- Use your hands to mash up the bread
- Spray small cupcake mold with Pam
- Scoop bread mixture into the molds
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes in a warm bath

- Blend everything in food processor until smooth
