Citrus Cous Cous

Materials
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 cups cous cous
- 1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns ground
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
Instructions
- Bring water, lemon juice, orange juice and peppercorns to a boil.
- In a baking dish lay out cous cous.
- Pour boiling liquid over cous cous and cover with plastic wrap.
- Let stand for 6 minutes, uncover, flake and garnish.
- Optional: orange slices, dried cranberries, parsley to garnish
