Green Bean Salad Bienvenido

Materials
- 4 cups green beans
- 1 cup red bell peppers diced
- 1 cup red onions minced
- 1/4 cup pimientos diced
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon
- 4 lemons juiced
- 1/4 cup sour cream, fat free
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and marinate 1 hour before serving.
- KEEP COVERED AND REFRIGERATED AT ALL TIMES.
