Grilled, Balsamic Tofu Cubes

Materials
- 1 16-oz package tofu (extra firm) Press to remove liquid, then cut into 5 slices.
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon oregano , dry
- 1 tablespoon garlic chopped
Instructions
- Combine balsamic, oregano, and garlic.
- Place tofu slices in a bowl or dish, then pour balsamic mixture over them.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes. (Overnight is even better).
- Drain tofu. Grill, pan-sear, or bake on both sides. Cut into cubes.
