Grilled Corn on Cob
Materials
- 2 each corn on the cob cut in halves
- 4 cups milk (skim)
- 1/4 teaspoons spleanda
- 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon ground
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg ground
Instructions
- Clean corn and cook in milk with cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract and splenda for 15 minutes
- Drain and grill for 5 minutes
