Materials

  • 16 ounces spiral pasta (whole wheat non-GMO, Hodson Mill)
  • 1 small tomatoe (organic)
  • 1 medium rainbow carrot (organic)
  • 1 cup broccoli (organic)

Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder (organic)
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder (organic)
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda
  • 2 tablespoon oregano ( dry & organic)
  • 2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/4 tablespoon thyme (dry & organic)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley ( dry & organic)
  • 1/2 tablespoon pepper flakes (organic)
  • 3/4 cup red wine vinegar

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to the packages directions, then rinse with cool water until the pasta is cold.
  • Add your chopped vegetables and dressing to the cold pasta, mix well and enjoy. This salad is even better the next day, so go ahead and make it ahead of time.
