- 5 jalapeno peppers (fresh) stems removed
- 1.5 tablespoons garlic chopped
- 1.5 shallots chopped (optional)
- 1.5 cups white balsamic vinegar
- 1.5 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1/4 bunch cilantro, leaves removed from stems
