Maple Ginger Glazed Salmon

Materials
- 2 tsp scallions sliced thin
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 2 tsp ginger minced
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 2 tb maple syrup
- 3 tb orange juice
- 4 tb rice vinegar
- 1 tsp All purpose seasoning no salt added
- 4 pz 4oz salmon
Instructions
- Season fish with AP seasoning
- In a medium hot skillet, place fish and beginsearing
- Add scallion, garlic and ginger after one minute
- Wait another minute then add sesame seeds and lightly toast until brown
- Add vinegar, orange juice and maple syrup
- Do not flip the salmon. Cover and allow to cook for a few more minutes until sauce is reduced to a glaze
