Here’s a light yet creamy sauce to accompany desserts like our Baked Apples and Bananas Cornucopia, and so easy to whip up!

Materials
- 1/4 cup orange juice fresh
- 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate thawed
- 1 cup sour cream, fat free
- 2 tablespoons Splenda
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
