Red Chili Sauce
Yield: 10 people
Materials
- 10 cans whole peeled plum tomatoes (low sodium)
- 2 coves fresh garlic minced
- 1/2 cup onion minced
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon chili
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
Instructions
- Sauté onion, garlic & spices until light brown
- Add tomato sauce, water & reduce by half.
- Serve hot
