- 6 red peppers roasted peeled and de-seeded
- 15 ounces garbanzo beans cooked and drained
- 1/4 cup lemon juice adjust according to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh garlic minced
- 1/8 cup fresh dill chopped
- 2 teaspoon Pritikin Green Grotto hot sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon black peppercorns ground
- 1/2 celery chopped
Instructions
- Puree all ingredients until smooth.
