Materials
- 3 Yukon Gold potatoes cut into wedges
- 1 teaspoon Pritikin® All-Purpose Seasoning*
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper (salt-free)
Instructions
- Start cut potatoes in cold water and bring to a boil
- Only cook until half way finished
- Let cool down slightly, and season.
- Spray sheet tray with pam
- Spread potatoes out on tray
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until crisp at 375 degrees
