Roasted Red Pepper Jam

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pc Red Pepper Roasted, seeds removed & peeled
  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4 TB Apple juice concentrate

Instructions
 

  • Roast fresh peppers under the broiler until skin blisters and burns
  • Pull from oven and allow to cool
  • Remove burnt skin and seeds
  • In a small pot, combine peeled peppers with vinegar and apple juice; bring to a boil for 5 minutes
  • Set aside and cool down
  • Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth
