Seared Bison Filet Mignon with Balsamic Glazed Asparagus

Materials
- 3 4-ounce cuts Bison Filet Mignon
- 1 tablespoon Pritikin® All-Purpose Seasoning*
- 1 yellow onion diced
- 2 teaspoons garlic (fresh) minced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 bunches asparagus sliced into 1- to 2-inch pieces
Instructions
- Season bison and sear in hot pan.
- In another pan, cook onions until translucent, then add garlic.
- Once garlic is brown, deglaze with vinegar.
- Add asparagus and cover.
