Seared Salmon
Yield: 4 portions of 4oz
Materials
- 3 bell pepper julienne
- 2 carrot julienne
- 1 red onion julienne
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1 pound salmon cut into 4oz portions
- 1 tablespoon Pritikin® All-Purpose Seasoning*
Instructions
- Coat salmon in spice.
- In a hot skillet, brown salmon.
- Cover, cook until cooked though.
- Time depends on the thickness of the fish.
- In a separate pan, brown vegetables then add garlic at the end.
